At Fleur de Savon, quality and customer satisfaction are at the heart of our priorities. Due to the delicate and personal nature of our products (body care, skincare, and laundry items), we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are therefore considered final.
That said, your satisfaction remains important to us. If you receive a damaged item or an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will be happy to review the situation and find an appropriate solution.

Damaged Products or Order Errors
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item appears defective, damaged, or does not match your original order, do not hesitate to inform us quickly. We are here to support you and correct any error.
Note: Gift cards are non-refundable.

Our products are carefully crafted using natural raw materials or carefully selected ingredients for their performance and safety in cosmetics, sourced from Québec and/or Canadian suppliers. However, every skin is unique, and reactions may occur. We recommend performing a small patch test before first use.
By purchasing our products, you agree that Fleur de Savon cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. Therefore, refunds or exchanges are not available in such cases. We thank you for your understanding.
Refunds
In certain exceptional cases, a refund may be granted. If approved, it will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary depending on your institution.
