What ingredients to you use in your handmade soaps?
We use only high-quality ingredients in our handmade soaps. You'll find mainly plant-based oils, nourishing butters, essential oils, and botanical extracts — all carefully selected for their skin-loving properties.
For some of our soaps, we use premium soap bases that are SLS- and SLES-free, as well as fragrances specifically formulated for cosmetic use. These ingredients are sourced from Quebec and/or Canada, and have been chosen to offer a pleasant sensory experience while meeting strict safety and quality standards for your skin.
Are your products safe for all skin types?
Yes, our products are designed to be suitable for all skin types. However, if you have particularly sensitive or allergy-prone skin, we recommend performing a patch test before use.
How to best use our soaps
Our soaps are designed for daily use. Simply wet the bar and apply it to your skin, gently massaging to create a lather. Rinse with warm water.
To extend the life of your soap, store it on a soap dish that allows it to dry completely between uses.
What are the shipping delays?
Shipping Information
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days, with shipping taking an additional 3 to 7 days.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
To track your package, you can either click the tracking number provided in your confirmation email or enter your order number into our chatbot to follow the shipping progress in real time.

Our products are handmade with love using natural ingredients. We take great pride in offering high-quality care items, but please note that some of them are sensitive to heat. Here’s what you need to know when ordering during the summer months:
1. Heat-sensitive products
Some of our products may be affected by high temperatures during transit. If a product melts, it will still be effective, but its texture may change.
We strongly recommend retrieving your package as soon as it arrives, especially if it’s delivered to a mailbox or outdoor location.
2. Shipping options
We recommend choosing expedited shipping if you live in an area where temperatures exceed 30°C (86°F). This increases the chances that your products will arrive in good condition, especially during hot weather.
For orders containing heat-sensitive items, we include a cold pack to help maintain product stability during transit. However, despite these precautions, we cannot control shipping delays or storage conditions (such as a mailbox left in direct sunlight).
Expedited shipping remains the safest option to help preserve the quality of your skincare products upon delivery.
3. After receiving your order
If any product has melted due to heat, we suggest letting it rest at room temperature for 24 hours before using it. It will regain a more stable consistency as it cools.
4. Packaging & care
We pack all our items with care using materials suited to each product. However, we recommend storing your products in a cool place until you're ready to use them.

Available stock and vote to bring a product back
At Fleur de Savon, we are a small artisanal business where each product is handmade with care and passion. Our creations are produced in small batches to ensure freshness, quality, and a personal touch in every order. ✨
Because of this, our stock is limited, but don’t worry — we work hard to regularly restock your favorites!
When a product is out of stock, you have the option to vote for its return. Simply click the dedicated button on the product page and enter your email address. This is a real vote, and we carefully monitor every request. If a product receives enough votes, it directly influences our decision to bring it back to the shop.
This system allows us to stay close to you, better understand what you love, and keep our range vibrant, evolving, and true to your preferences.
It’s also the best way to be among the first notified as soon as the item is back in stock!
Do you offer personalized products? / Corporate gifts?
Yes, we offer customization options on some of our products. If you are looking for a special order—whether for an event or corporate needs such as personalized soaps or gift sets—please contact us directly. We’ll be happy to discuss your requirements.
As a small business, we handle these requests with care and according to the quantities we can produce. It’s important to share your project with us well in advance so that we can better assist you.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We only accept returns for defective or damaged products. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items so that we can assist you promptly and with care.
Where to find our products?
Our creations are made in small batches, in our workshop located in Mont-Saint-Grégoire, on the south shore of Montreal. Each product is carefully prepared to offer you an authentic and sensory experience with every order.
Our collections, produced in limited series, are available exclusively online, right here on our official site, and shipped directly from our workshop to your door. This approach allows us to preserve the freshness, quality, and care that every Fleur de Savon product deserves, to offer you a truly exceptional experience.
Please note that our workshop is not open to the public and there is no shop on site.
